Position: Import/Export Coordinator

· Enter shipment, inventory, and customer data into transportation software systems
· Manage accounts, including shipment updates, order processing, and deliveries
· Prepare and maintain reports on logistics performance and customer status
· Resolve shipping issues with terminals and follow up with customers

Position: Warehouse Coordinator

· Manage inbound and outbound shipment logistics to ensure timely deliveries
· Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain optimal inventory levels
· Oversee loading and unloading operations to ensure order accuracy
· Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation
· Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistical issues
