full service a la carte dining kitchens, and high-volume quick
output kitchens. They will also learn F&B behaviors that build
customer loyalty and positively impact hotel guest experience.
Upon completion of all the rotating phases in this training,
the intern or trainee will be ready to handle almost any culinary arts
service in the world!
